At the end of the 10-weekly BEANii Dickens drama course we asked the children participants, ‘What have you learnt on the BEANii workshops that could make you healthier?’

Here is what some of the 9 & 10 year-old children think:

- Vitamins
- Food
- Stop eating so much sugar
- Not eat too much saturated fat
- I think fish could make you healthy
- Fruits and vegs
- Eating less butter
- Eat more food with protein
- That bread is a good food and cereal contains lots of sugar
- Illness warnings
- Eating better food and make sure they are healthy
- My veins and arteries get clogged up if I eat too much fat
